  There should be a notice, BEFORE placing an order for delivery, that they are using doordash. The estimated delivery time given was 25-35 minutes when the order was placed. I called to check the status after 45 minutes. The women then said they didn't have a driver and doordash was on their way to pick up my order. It wasn't until after I called that i got a text about doordash. It took an hour and a half to receive a cold medium pizza that was supposed to be a pan pizza, it wasn't, and an order of cold underdone cinnamon sticks. Ordered 3/16 at 7:58pm, was told it would be delivered between 8:25-8:35, it was delivered at 9:26pm.

  Absolutely disgusting. Ordered pan. No butter on crust. Crust tasted really old. We threw it in the garbage. Never will I go to this location again. Waukesa pizza hut is awesome.

  The manager Crystal was very rude. I came in and picked up my food. She acted as if she didn’t even want me in the store. My order was wrong. Gave me breadsticks and no marinara sauce and gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered Pepperoni and sausage and gave me just sausage. When I called I explained my order was wrong and she had an attitude. Didn’t even let me finish before cutting me off. I told her thank for the credit on my account. She said yup and hung up the phone. Poor customer service

  The 2nd time I've tried delivery pizza from this store, now this time its undercooked and the entire pizza stuck to the bottom of the box rendering it JUNK since its a jumbled mess trying to get it apart. I will not order from this store again and would suggest no one else does tillnthey get there act together
