  Terrible managers , terrible employees called the cops on us for closing my eyes waiting for my food after a long third shift while my fiancé was ordering the food.

  Came here for a shamrock shake Oreo concrete mixer, didn’t notice until I got home that my concrete mixer wasn’t mixed, rather a tub of ice cream with the syrup on top. Hardly any Oreos, maybe a few flakes of it. Incredibly unhappy, wasn’t even busy and they forgot to mix the concrete mixer. Won’t go here again.

  It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at McDonald’s because of cold or mediocre food. Earlier this evening, I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised on how good this fish sandwich was and the excellent service that I received. The young guy that was working tonight was excellent and the sandwich was hot, delicious and I’ll be going back to this location - exceeded my expectations.

  Today we stopped by to grab "fast food" because the night was busy but choosing this McDonalds location was big mistake! We went inside to order so I could get a special order burger without the stuff on it thinking it would be faster. The workers are extremely messy, dropping stuff on the floor and kicking into the corner, angry about having to fill orders, one worker is on his phone, 2 workers are sitting on break, and only 2 workers are trying to handle the rush. They are all cussing and complaining about the customers. They are commenting "I wanna go home" and "These people need to go home". I asked about the Grinch special socks for our children and the response wording I got back was " we ain't got those anymore, we're out." They bagged our fries and then shortly afterwards came back and took the fries "all 4 order of fries" out of my bags and gave them to a different order for drive through. Then they tried to give me my order without the fries at all. When I pointed out they removed our fries and gave them to someone else the workers all got angry with each other and started arguing. Ours was not the only bag that things went into and out of. They gave me cups to fill 3 of our four drinks without any lids and stated that they did not have any straws. I did try to just get a refund for my order since it was so bad and taking so long but I couldn't get any worker to come over to do the refund. In the end, it took over 30 mins to get my food and when I did it was missing 2 order of fries, no lids for the drinks, no straws for the drinks, and sloppy bagging. Our food was cold from sitting there being pick apart and used to complete other orders. This was the most disgusting, unhygienic, and rude service we have ever received from any restaurant! If a negative star review was possible this would be one, this experience does not even rate 1 star!

  I take my son here a lot for happy meals. I've found that if you go on a weekday during the day, the service and food quality is always much better than weekends or evenings. As for the food quality, sometimes it's better than other times. Sometimes it's worse. At the end of the day, it's just McDonald's.
