  We placed an order through the mobile app which contained multiple donuts including the limited time Valentine’s Day donuts. Upon arriving to dunkin, we said we were here to get our Mobil order, then proceeded to greet us at the window to inform us our donuts weren’t available, we asked them to add different donuts to fill the order list, and they said ok, then came back to tell us they don’t have any of our donuts. They offered to give us different donuts that weren’t what we ordered to fill in for the error, but for the 30 minute drive to dunkin, there’s no way to inform us the donuts aren’t available ahead of time? And the service was nice but the problem solving wasnt good. We did not even get the receipt but the mobile order has the confirmation

  I asked if they had an ingredient list. He said no, I spent along time online to find them myself. The doughnut I was looking for the store doesn’t have. He told me that the Boston kreme and the Bavarian Kreme were the same. The ingredients online say otherwise. I think it would be helpful to have a paper copy there that is nicely organized so it’s easy to find what we’re looking for. He was not helpful. There was no one else there.

  snack n bacon was just slightly burnt regular bacon with the lightest dusting of brown sugar and like three specs of pepper hashbrowns are soggy and some of them look like they were fried in old oil with burnt pieces, they are noticeably discolored and have little burnt bits on them. my latte has little to no sweetness despite the combined total of 5 pumps of sweetened syrup. very bitter, tastes like burnt black coffee despite getting three pumps of pumpkin and two of toasted vanilla, an order ive gotten before and it has never tasted this bitter and nasty. all in all, from what I experienced and what I saw in the reviews this has got to be the worst Dunkin ive ever been to in the state of Wisconsin. DEFINITELY not worth the roughly 18$ I spent

  My food was perfectly heated and my iced coffee drink was delicious! Service was polite, prompt, and accurate as well. I don't want to knock other reviewers who may have had different experiences. (Just keep in mind the statistical fact that people tend to submit complaints more than they bother to submit compliments.) In my case this location met all of my expectations and then some. 5 stars, all earned.
