Finally, one of the cooks admits they just completely forgot to make it. Over an hour for a single pizza and the manager is trying to gaslight me and make out that it was just cuz they were busy.

Called the store to let them know and see if this could be fixed. They did offer to remake the pizzas. However with a house of hungry boys there was no waiting for the correct order. They took my information and said they would give it to a manager to call me back since I was a dissatisfied customer at this point. It is now Monday and have not heard from the store. This seems like a nice store with good employees and never had a problem before. But not happy at this point that they have not followed thru and contacted me.
