  Justin, our server at Buffalo Wild Wings, delivered one of the most outstanding dining experiences imaginable, treating every moment with the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. From the instant he approached the table, his energy elevated the entire atmosphere—he was attentive without hovering, thoughtful without prompting, and somehow managed to anticipate every need before we even voiced it. His recommendations were spot-on, described with such passion that it was impossible not to share in his excitement. And then there was Lily, the culinary master behind the scenes, whose food spoke volumes about her skill, creativity, and dedication. Every dish that came out of her kitchen was crafted with such precision and flavor that it felt like a celebration—crispy wings cooked to absolute perfection, sauces bursting with depth, and sides that tasted like comfort and craftsmanship combined. Together, Justin and Lily transformed a simple meal into an experience worth remembering, proving that exceptional service and exceptional cooking are still very much alive at Buffalo Wild Wings.

  SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. My drink was forgotten, and we sat with our food for nearly 10 minutes without napkins or silverware. The portions were tiny for the price — $20 for a few wings or cauliflower bites is a joke. The menus were dirty, sticky, and covered in old food. I watched the waitress literally throw menus onto a table, some of which hit the floor. Between the filthy carpet and the greasy, slippery tile floor, the whole place felt unsanitary. To make it worse, 3 out of 4 of our meals arrived cold. It wasn’t busy at all, and after this experience, I completely understand why.

  I came out for veterans day and was seated. It took 20 minutes for the server to first come talk to me. My food took a while but not egregious long to arrive. But i was given ranch instead of blue cheese, so i had to wait another ten minutes to get my blue cheese. I ran out of soda and waited ten minutes for a refill, but my waitress never came by. So I decided to get up and take my glass to the bar for a refill. But there was no one behind the bar either. I never got my refill. This is on top of the last time I visited this location with my friends it took an hour and a half to get our food.

  Very untrained and clueless hostesses. Also had to wait for 14 min just for someone to take an order without care that customers are waiting...the an addition 8 min goes past when the simple thing of getting a beer seemed to difficult..probably the worst experience put a buffalo wild wings ever clean hplouse and get a new staff..

  Waiters are friendly, food is good. Depends on day service can be slow. Sunday at 5pm, took almost 10 minutes for drinks from the bar, even the refills. Never been that bad in prior visits. Additionally, this is the 3rd visit in a row where there is waiter vacuuming while trying to eat , talk or watch games. Makes it difficult..... it' now 6:15pm. Why vacuuming?
