  I rushed to get here recently and likely arrived about 3 minutes before the posted closing time. I couldn't tell if the "OPEN" neon sign was illuminated due to the setting sun shining right on the window pane, so I pulled around to the menu board with my fingers crossed, hoping I could get service if it wasn't too much trouble. I was greeted at the speaker and asked if I had a Perks number, and instead of answering the question, I said "Is everything already shut down for the night?" to which the associate responded with the most enthusiastic of tones... "It's okay - we can get it going!" and I sheepishly placed my order & was told to pull up to the window. The barista quickly made my 2 DELICIOUS drinks with a gracious smile, never once seemed bothered by my last minute arrival. I thank the staff that evening for not acting as if I was imposing and for crafting lattes that are consistent every time I visit! I truly love Caribou and this experience affirmed they're my FAVORITE. Please don't EVER get rid of the malted mocha option!!! <3

  This little drive through Caribou has been five star service every time I have stopped by in the morning. They are friendly, fast (as fast as one can be making espresso drinks) and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are well worth the $$ and taste like they use quality ingredients. The employees always seem to be having fun while working and are very kind.
