Didn't actually get any food, again. Used drive thru. Two cars in front of me at 335pm. Left at 350pm without order being taken. Assuming it is staffing issues that plague this location. Management should be ashamed of the same problems: service time andincorrect orders, never being resolved. The next time an order is taken and get what I paid for will be a first time after years as a customer at this location.

Pulled in drive thru attendant told me they don't sell family packs so I asked if I could get 4 bean burrito and 7 tacos. Employee asked me if I was stupid did you just hear what I said. I said you told me this store don't sell family packs he said no braindead we don't have enough beef to make tacos. I said taco bell can't make tacos he said not for you. I said cancel my order and left.

I submitted a job application to Taco Bell, but the general manager rejected me, citing an inaccurate robbery charge on my record. I clarified the mistake, stating that she must have confused me with someone else, but she maintained that it was me. I chose not to pursue the matter further and instead applied to a different Taco Bell location, where I was subsequently hired. I did not disclose the previous incident, as I was simply relieved to have secured employment. However, a couple of months later, the same general manager assumed the role of area coach. Upon encountering her, I reminded her that she had previously declined to hire me due to the alleged robbery charge. She laughed and suggested that she might have misspelled my name. Additionally, she revealed that her cousin had advised her to conceal the truth. Furthermore, she disclosed that she had previously removed me from the schedule and reassigned me to work at the busiest store, Xpress Court. I had requested a day off two weeks in advance from my supervisor, which was approved by my general manager, but the general manager claimed I didn’t inform the shift lead and terminated my employment. However, I had followed the correct procedures, and the general manager’s actions were unjustified. Despite having approved time off, I was terminated by the same general manager who had falsely accused me of having a robbery charge. The situation was particularly distressing because my general manager failed to provide an honest explanation and became emotional during the termination meeting. I was literally terminated for following the correct procedures. It’s unfortunate that even when individuals attempt to conduct themselves in a legitimate manner, they may encounter discriminatory treatment. As an African-American, I am disheartened by this experience. Although I am no longer concerned about the job, I feel compelled to speak out against the injustice I faced. Two years of my life were invested in providing loyal service to Taco Bell.don’t delete my comment

Food was decent, but what tops it is... The manager tonight was telling his workers in the back that he was NOT turning on the heat because there are enough appliances that give off he in the back to warm the whole place. Well, you are wrong cause it was freezing in the dining room!! We ordered food for our kids at home after we ate. My husband walked outside, and the manager didn't know I was filling my soda... I heard him say, "I wonder which village in Africa all of their food is going to?" .... Really, dude?! Do better, but we won't be coming back!! #boycotttacobell
