  Extremely slow. Others behind us got order. Inquired and was told our order didn't exist. Minutes later it was put on the shelf. Tacos all smashed.

  this place does not deserve the hate it gets, there is a long line because they much like every other tacobell is understaffed. I get it, the one on east express court is vile (ive seen them use food from ground, trash and others) ive also seen them flaunt a bong around. But these guys were hard workers, rude people have been in and out and they have been nothing but nice to them. God bless these people and hopefully their store gets a little less traffic or they get more staffing!

  literally the worst service, longest wait times and my food is always somehow incorrect. i waited for a online ordered meal for over 40+ minutes past when it said it would be ready. something is always incorrect about my order, i ordered a cheese quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce and got a tortilla with only jalapeño sauce on it.plus if you don’t order for a specific time inside pickup, the food will be more then a 45 minute wait just trust

  Late night stop for the family. Food took forever to be given to us. Seemed they might have been severely understaffed. Bizarre interaction with staff about the drinks ordered that left us very puzzled about the ability of the system or the staff to properly read an order. Then the food, OMG crispy "soft shell" tacos...maybe old tortillas or tortillas that were left out for hours? And a crunch wrap supreme that was burned to a crisp.. literally came out looking like a squished hockey puck. It was dried out, tough, and so bad it was funny. We generally like Taco Bell, but this one on this night was a complete disaster.

  I arrived at 9am-ish Saturday January 31st to pick up an Uber eats order... it was 905am and doors still weren't open and I could see my order ready on the counter for me to pick up... i tapped the glass so the one worker would know i was there...the one worker wouldn't look at me so I decided to go through the drive-thru to pick it up... as I pulled around to explain that I was here to pick up an Uber order, he rudely cut me off, which is always a pleasant thing to do,and stated "Were not open, you'll have to wait im busy in here!" To which I replied please dont give me your attitude, im just here to get my Uber order... He replied back "Well youre not getting your order now, goodbye" Now im pissed... I said again its for Uber just give me the order... he said back to me "Too bad sir, youre not getting shit, goodbye" This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and now I had to cancel the order that the customer paid for all because that worker was to lazy to open the door AT OPENING TIME! I hope that other people see what kind of business this is and never come here again...I've also followed up with Uber to let them know so that no one orders from this particular Taco Bell
