- APAndie Peterson6 days ago1.0Ordered for pickup, 4 bowls with sides of chips and a burrito. The food was stone cold when we got home after a 10 minute drive, and all of the chips were missing. 2 of the four bowls were missing items (and one had LITERALLY a half cup of sour cream, even though we didn’t want it on that bowl) and one had several extra items that were not a part of order…. I am sure no one will believe the absurd amount of sour cream, so I included a picture of it- fork for scale.

The food was delicious (my personal favorite chain fast-food Mexican place 🥰) & they carne asada was tender and juicy. Chimichurra sauce spicy and fresh. Definitely at the top of the (Mexican fast food) chain! 😋

Although I love chipotle elsewhere, the reviews for Neenah have never improved. What’s wrong with management or the owner? I thought other nearby Mexican style restaurants would be harmed by Chipotle but it seems chipotle is the loser. I guess I will never know firsthand because the lack of review improvement tells me what I need to know- I will stick to places that care
