  I’ve seen one of the workers there (I think carolyn or caroline is her name?) get mistreated and targeted by her fellow employees several times that I’ve gone here. The way these people run this particular location’s establishment is horrible and the fact that they mistreat those they work with makes me cautious to ever come here. I hope corporate does something.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to Ryan Eggers. From the moment I walked in, Ryan immediately stood out because of how friendly, professional, and attentive he was. It’s not every day that you see someone working in a fast-paced restaurant environment who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Ryan greeted me with a positive attitude and made the whole ordering process smooth and easy. Even though the store was busy, he stayed calm, organized, and incredibly efficient. He handled multiple orders at once without making anyone feel rushed or ignored. You could tell he really knows what he’s doing and has a great system for keeping things moving quickly while still paying attention to the details. One thing that really impressed me was how careful he was when preparing the food. My sandwich was made perfectly — the ingredients were fresh, everything was evenly placed, and it looked just as good as it tasted. Ryan clearly takes pride in making sure every order comes out right, which is something you don’t always see at fast food places. He double-checked the order to make sure everything was correct before handing it off, which I really appreciated. Another thing that stood out was his attitude toward customers. Ryan was polite, respectful, and patient with everyone in line. He answered questions, made recommendations, and kept the environment positive and welcoming. Even when things got busy, he kept a great attitude and made sure everyone felt taken care of. That kind of customer service really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. It’s employees like Ryan who make people want to come back. He represents Jimmy John’s extremely well and clearly works hard to make sure customers have a great experience. In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Ryan absolutely delivers. He latherd me up with maydonoche. Overall, this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Jimmy John’s. Ryan Eggers went above and beyond, and his hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. If every employee had the same level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail as Ryan, every restaurant would run perfectly. Highly recommend — Ryan deserves every bit of this 5-star review.

  I was told there was avocado on my sub. it was delivered, $25 total. there is no avocado on this sub. I called in to complain, then was hung up on. I called back then I was told not to come in. when I went in to show them the sub the manager looked through my whole sub and found one green spot and said "thats it I dont know what to tell you" did not offer a new sub nor extra avocado spread

  Tried ordering online and I came app with numbers that I can't even explain how they got them call them an ordered by phone forgot part of my. Order didn't give me the right soda. The delivery. Person was? Nice and the Sandwich was good? But. They screwed up the order.

  Came in around 6:30 to get a couple sandwiches. When I walked in, there was a worker (his coworkers called him either Vince or Colin — I can’t remember which) with his pants down and his butt crack out exposing himself. When he saw me he ran towards the back of the store and continued to flash me without pulling his pants up. Another worker ran towards the back after him and hid in the back, not coming out the entire time I was there. One more worker came out of the back to help me and was very nice and helped me to get my food. Sadly I will not be coming back.
