  Tristan, a young man who works the drive-through at this location Was extremely friendly, very patient and willing to explain different options on the menu. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, he ran out of the doors and handed me the sauce that had not been put in my bag! It’s little things like that that make a huge difference. Absolutely wonderful Customer Service.

  I really like Wendy's chicken sandwich and stop often. I found this location recently and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the lobby and ordering counter. They have two self-order kiosks which I liked. The staff were friendly and the food hot and fresh. But as impressed as I was with the eating area, the men's room disappointed. There was a missing drain screen in the urinal exposing an ugly rust stain, there was cracked and missing grout in the wall tile, and some white mess was on the wall by the sink. I frequently use fast food rest rooms and don't understand why they are so often messy and broken down. They are the lasting image I have of the place when I leave.

  Orders have always been correct and consistent. Drive thru staff have been friendly. Much better experiences than at the local McDonalds.
