    My sub was ordered in person 11/3 at 4pm as hot. My husband also ordered a hot chicken bacon ranch— obviously as the chicken and bacon need to be toasted. The toaster oven clearly broke. Not only did we both take home ice cold subs after being told they were hot and paying for them, the employee also on two occasions unplugged the toaster oven, moved things around, and touched buttons with gloves on. With those same gloves he proceeded to touch our food. After asking yet again if our subs were warm, we were told yes and prompted to pay. Waste of money and unsanitary.

    Ordered here a few times from the App. The woman behind the counter greeted me by name each time and my food was perfectly prepared! I am now a regular.

    Again ordered and paid for online a foot long club with DOUBLE MEAT and again when we get home and open up the sub lo and behold just a regular sub. No DOUBLE MEAT. Cousins you now have a new customer.

    Ordered online. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later when we went to pick up our order, they hadn't even started it. The employee then complained that we didn't give them enough time. Subway gave us the time that it would be ready. The employee also complained and said he was quitting in a month and we should wait to do that to someone after he leaves. We had 5 subs. Took and hour to make them.

    I needed to cater a lunch for our company totally last minute and this location came through for me! I ordered a few party trays and was able to pick ups few hours later. The employees managed to create them while serving other customers too! Well done. Been here several times since...excellent service and friendly staff! (location inside of walmart)
