I ordered dinner through the drive through after work 16 hours straight without eating anything more than a few granola bars and light snacks. I paid for a big mac meal and the young man (mid 20s) at the drive thru window barely spoke any English. I did not receive my medium fry after paying for them. I had to circle back around to ask for the fries because the person behind me was impatient. The "manager" claimed that I didn't pay for a fry and refuse to provide a receipt after I asked for it. How is he a manager if he can't speak English? Why is he so rude and refuses to provide a simple receipt? Why is he demanding someone to pay for something they already paid for?
