- MMMichelle MaciosekJan 17, 20232.0Not really sure how to rate this store. The younger girls who work at night are pleasant, always cheerful and friendly. HOWEVER the newer employees who I’m guessing are new because I’ve never seen them are the complete opposite. I pulled up this morning- the lady didn’t say a word and just stuck her hand out- like pay me- then closed the window, handed me back my card, gave me my 3 items, again without saying one word then closed the window and walked away. Never asked if I wanted a receipt, never spoke 1 word to me. Not sure what’s happening employee wise at this store- but the customer service and overall friendliness of the store has done a complete 180. As is there was friendly service and now there is absolutely none.

I placed an order for breakfast and coffee in the mobile app and decided to bring my two dogs with me to pick it up. They've been getting less attention lately, and it just felt like a trip they'd like to make. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier eagerly offered pup cups for each dog! They were both so excited to get their treats, and I think we all felt a little better with our "coffee" to get the day started after a rough night. Thank you, Dunkin!!!

- MBMegan BarwickJan 23, 20221.0I took my son to Dunkin for breakfast last Sunday. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts to go for our family of four. Every breakfast sandwich had frozen egg on it. When I called about the issue, the manager was rude saying “they’re having trouble with their cooler and it’s not their fault.” She made a big deal about issuing a refund but agreed to credit my card. A week later there was no refund issued and when I called I was given a hard time. Would not go back!
