  Food was very poorly put together too much of some ingredients little to no other ingredients. Food was cooled, lobby was dirty no napkins or lids. Will never eat here again

  Every time I come at night the fries seem like they have been sitting out under the warmer for hours. It's so frustrating. Tonight I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. I waited close to 5 minutes to have someone come take my card to pay and get my food. I figured waiting that long i was getting hot fresh fries. Nope lukewarm and soggy. Its so disappointing since it's the closest McDonald's to my house. If I can avoid it I won't come here.

  Good food, good timing. But this location needs to start kicking out middle schoolers who are causing damage to the environment. I smelled weed a lot when I come to this location, just wanting good food.

  It's one of the worst experiences I've had, the bad attention of the staff and don't say more, outside it seemed to be a bar full of cigarettes at the entrances how unpleasant it is to see that, this place is getting worse every time, especially there is a woman who gives a terrible service and is very rude if I knew the name I would put it, the only thing I know is that she is Latina but I don't understand how they can have a person like that working, I've been to other places where Latinos work and they are very attentive and friendly I don't know what happens with this restaurant

  Maybe we wouldn’t be rated the worst McDonald’s in the state if we knew how to attend to a counter, put all the ingredients into the orders and maybe serve it at the very least, warm? Bacon, egg and cheese just to get home to 2 pieces of crunchy bacon on a plain, uncooked bagel. Straight robbery if you ask me.. management needs to change and staff needs to get acclimated.
