  I've only been to this subway three times and each time I've had issues. First time, my sandwich was put together by a man who didn't seem to know what he was doing and put it together so poorly that it was falling apart when I got home to eat it. Second time, it was done dairly well but I paid for 4 cookies and only got two, I hadn't noticed since I was on a phone call and needed to rush. I double checked with the woman and she said it was all four. Her coworker also REEKED of Marijuana and was practically falling asleep at the station. Third time, just a few hours ago, was my last straw. It says online EVERYWHERE that they close at 9:00pm, I arrived there at 8:00pm and they had locked the doors and turned off the open sign but there were two boys, clearly not employees as they had left while I was sitting in my car. The two employees, heavier set men, were staring at me in my car and laughing before shutting off the lights and leaving the store through the back.

  Place looked run down and dirty, all the drinks in the fountain needed replacement, employees looked all high and zoning out, they kept asking the same questions twice and kept saying huh, the food tasted good but the subs gave me and my significant other food poisoning, just felt like they didn't want to be there, all the cheese looked like it was sitting out for hours not being kept cold.

  I've been a loyal customer at this Subway for over 6 years now, and today is unfortunately going to be my last day eating at Subway (well at least this one). It's a shame cause the sub tasted normal and the guy who made my sub was chill. But I brought in a $8.99 meal coupon on 12/26/25 that didn't expire until 1/9/26. And they REFUSED the coupon because I ordered a steak sub. I've been able to use a coupon with no issue, but they claimed their "system changed" and they don't allow coupons on steak subs. Nowhere on the coupon does it exclude any subs that this coupon shouldn't apply to. No signs anywhere, or no warning whatsoever to warn of this. I begrudgingly paid full price for my sub. I typically only ever come here when I have a coupon (only way you can justify going to Subway nowadays). Subway quality overall has gone way down and prices have skyrocketed to the point where it's just not worth it anymore. And it's only going to get worse.

  Recently stopped in to this location. Clean, and the food was good. However the service was horrible. I happened to catch the name of one of the employees, Joe, who refused to toast our sandwiches on our order, claiming that the toaster oven was not working and had hit the counter in frustration (we watched as the other employee toasted several other sandwiches for customers after us) Additionally, when I asked to put banana peppers onto my sandwich, Joe audibly sighed and said that would take like 3-4 minutes and to just order something else. Good sandwich, its maker was just a bummer.
