This truck is worth the drive from anywhere in waukesha county. Highly suggest trying everything on their menu. My wife can be picky about BBQ meats and she ate every bite of the near 100$ we spent (we got a crapload of food)

Brisket, unlike no over I've had; chicken, SO moist and juicy; those damn nachos on a bed of fried jalapenos; the sauces, WOW, the sauces. If the sauces were offered for sale, I'd have SO much of them. (hopefully one day?!) The owner is so knowledgeable regarding everything "True BBQ". The young gal taking orders, a true passion for customer service. Just an over all, all around, great truck and great experience. My bank account t is going to hate the truck though...
