  We stopped for a late dinner at 11:40 and were supposed to be open until midnight. The drive up automated announcement states they will be with you shortly. Nobody ever took the order. There was a truck there before us and he had the same issue and pulled off. We drove to the window, thinking that there was issue with ordering, and staff just looked at us and never came to the window. I'm thinking the drive up hours should be updated and the franchise owners should stop by and see if they witness the same customer disregard. Too bad, there aren't that many restaurants in this area and they could be making more sales on a Saturday night. Hope service changes soon. It's worth taking the trip to Waterford or another location if you're passing through, but not this one.

  This McDonald’s it’s out of control. They continue to make mistakes over and over. We just order and our DoorDash delivery did not include multiple items. This is not DoorDashes mixup. I was McDonald’s and when we call the store to rectify the order, guess what, no answer. I will now have to call the corporate office to issue a form complaint.

  They never have any pies. Always over price your drink and up charge it to a large. Late night workers never get anything right with your order. They make tons of mistakes and when you question them on it they ask “what do you want me to do. Worst place on earth

  This Mcdonalds hasn’t got an order right since Tom Martinez owned it over 20 years ago. Mukwonago, Big Bend and Muskego all went down hill with the new owner. Done with these local mcds.

  They forgot two of my sandwiches and then an employee came out and tried to insinuate that I was lying about the missing products.
