  Very disappointed with my food today. The croissant sandwhich was burnt all around. Crunchy. And my coffee taste like the creamer was stale. I’m giving one star service because the person who made the sandwich shouldn’t have given it to me like this.

  I purchased a drink. Removed the paper from my straw. I tried to hand back paper from the straw and worker refused. T She pushed my hand away and shut the window I would think they would want to keep garbage off of their property. Rude, I felt I was bothering her by being a customer. They just lost an eight dollar a day coffee drinker.

  Ordered some specialty donuts. Ate one that didn't have the custard in the middle like it was supposed to. Ate most of the other one 2 days later & again no custard. I took part of the donut in and the employee told me she couldn't assist me and I would need to come back the next day. She also didn't believe me. Let's just say I won't go back.

  I ordered one drink and they charged me more than double for it. I asked for a refund and the worker said she would have to speak with her manager first before giving my money back. The drink wasn’t even good. Don’t waste your time and money going there.

  I was really excited about a Dunkin Donuts opening in Mukwonago, but was so disappointed when I got my first coffee here. I got a peppermint mocha and it tasted like a burnt coffee without any peppermint or mocha flavoring. It was so bad I had to throw it out. The employee was very nice but I wish this location would put more effort into their coffees especially considering they're brand new. I'd love to give this place another try if they'd learn how to make better coffee. You completely had a customer until I actually came and tried stuff out. I thought this place would be a nice alternative to Starbucks.
