    I should of asked if this was a joke. First the man didnt want to write "In my teen era" because he didnt understand what it meant. The whole point of asking for the cake to be written on is because they do it so well. None of the staff had anything to say. Just stood there as dumbfounded as I was at what. Never again will I stop here.

    Horrible service. Bought a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday. First the man didnt understand what i wanted written on the cake so was refusing. I asked for " I my Teen Era.." the writings looks like a kid did it and not in the color I asked for. When mentioned everyone stood there not knowing what to do. Wanted to return the cake for that reason, however just decided to scrape it off. Next time going to delafield vs supporting local.

    Waited 10 minutes in the lobby never got my order taken. Had 3 different employees walk by and not say a word. I love this place too bad

    This is our favorite Dairy Queen. The staff is always so kind, especially the sweet woman working the drive thru window tonight! We have never had an issue with our orders, everything is always made quick and delicious!

    Fries were in small broken pieces and half the amount. Employee behind counter were taking their time waiting on the people to take their orders. 4 employees and most of the tables and floors were not cleaned. Definitely wouldn't use the dirty restrooms. Must need new management!!!
