  I like tropical smoothie but I wish you guys would blend the smoothies better because it’s hard to drink when you got chunks of fruit in your drink.

  I stopped in about a week ago and my smoothie and food were very good but while I was there someone who I assume was one of the worker's husband brought a cat into the restaurant. One of the workers sat on the floor and played with the cat while multiple customers were in the restaurant.

  There’s nothing better than good service, and I experienced that today for my first visit to this Tropical Smoothie location. I was greeted with a kind voice in the drive thru, and a bright smile when I pulled up to the window. My smoothie was made perfectly and I will be a frequent customer of this location because of the excellent first impression made today!

  Make the best smoothies for me , cause I can taste the love & effort. And they give me smiles too lol 😆 makes it even better . We love kindness ❤️

  I have wanted to give this a five star ! I really did ! In the begining the service was incredible , including the quality of the food .. But my last three experiences prove otherwise ! About a month ago I went in person , 30 minute wait for 5 items, items ended up being not of the top quality and items missing , I couldn't wait again . The staff is so kind but this is a business that truly wants a five star , this isn't the way to achieve that . I tried again within the last month because I truly want this business to succeed and again I love the food ! This time I ordered online and same experience but worse in the respect of how things were packed , bruised fruit , missing items , food portions for sides all different portions , items missing ... I tried again today 2/27/26 ! Again trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt because I am not one to give up ! Again same thing ! Missing items ! Bruised fruit ! Quality control issues and poorly packed ! I'm not looking for perfection but excellence ! I am looking to receive what I purchased and paid for with the expectation of quality because they should be able to receive a 5 star review as a business , a team and a whole ! I hope that no one else has had these experiences and I am in hope that this can change for them because this kind of representation of a good business will only cause destruction.
