  1000 times better customer service atmosphere and overall general experience girls are much more pleasant and friendly store is clean. Do not waste your time. Going to the location on Washington Avenue and come here instead where you will be treated correctly.

  We stopped at the Jimmy John’s on Highway 20 in Mount Pleasant yesterday, and it was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s and really, at most fast-food places! We tried our subs toasted for the first time and they were amazing. We also got their potato salad for the first time and that was surprisingly delicious, too. On top of the great food, the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, quick, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

  Been here many times since opening. Great experience every time! Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly. Great addition to the area

  Just ordered two subs and of course they made them wrong thought the new location was supposed to be good doesn’t matter if it’s the end of the night either you guys should still make right there’s barley any avocado spread on the sub and they made my sub wrong

  The sandwiches are always good and there’s this individual that always makes me smile when I come here, I am not sure ot his name but I honestly am excited to see him, he is a man with glasses and a ponytail I believe.
