  Ordered a lettuce wrapped “unwich”and opened it up when I got home. There were two layers of obviously disgusting brown lettuce. Threw it out. Don’t waste your money!

  When the food is prepared correctly, it is enjoyable; however, based on my experience, the accuracy of orders appears to be about one in three. This is especially frustrating given current prices and the frequency of receiving incorrect orders. Attached are photos of the receipt showing the sandwich and selected toppings. As shown, the order received does not closely resemble what was requested. Additionally, the former “freaky fast” slogan no longer seems applicable, as service has been anything but fast. **Update** Jimmy John’s kindly provided enough points to my rewards account to cover replacement of the sub pictured in the original review. Had they redeemed themselves by providing an accurate order when I used the reimbursement rewards points, I was going to remove my review. Swing and a miss, they again missed 2 requests on the sandwich and provided the wrong cookie. These are minor issues, and I enjoyed my food this time at least, but it is further proof that their staff has no attention to detail and providing customers with what they paid for is unimportant.

  1000 times better customer service atmosphere and overall general experience girls are much more pleasant and friendly store is clean. Do not waste your time. Going to the location on Washington Avenue and come here instead where you will be treated correctly.
