I ordered the new Valentines Drink Cold and it smelled & tasted like spoiled milk🤢🤮 , and when I tried to call and complain I can't speak to anyone 🤬
I typically love my trips to 7 Brew but today was different. I ordered my typical blondie chiller add banana and what I got was anything but. I am not sure what I received but I didn't have time to go back.

I always ask for LIGHT ice and they can never seem to follow direction. I come here daily sometimes twice a day. I spend a lot of money here for them to not be able to take simple direction. I’d like to be able to enjoy what I’m paying money for instead of taking 5 sips and it’s empty because of all the ice that I ask them NOT to give me.

I was just at the Racine, WI location and I ordered two of the exact same drinks, both with the same added flavors. However, one was made correctly, and the second did not have any of the added flavors. You can tell in the photo that the drink on the left is more pink than the one on the right. That is the one with the flavoring. I even noticed the different coloring when she handed me my drinks. I asked about it and she said it was correct, only the cream didn’t mix in yet. She was absolutely wrong. I tried calling customer service and they only have a voicemail. We’ll see if they return my call.
