  I don't understand the hype of this place. I've tried several times now and every time the food was horrible, the place was dirty, and the employees were rude!!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they’re concerned about is the drive thru and when ordering in store. They severely neglect their carryout orders. I waited in line more than 20 minutes for a third party order and the customer I dropped it off to said their food was cold. There was nothing I could do about it. They pack the orders fast but handing them off after arrival takes 20 plus minutes! I definitely will not be back!

  The service my family and I always receive here when picking up a carryout order is absolutely ridiculous! Please fire that Caucasian thin girl with the square glasses she is so rude and lacks any kind of customer service skills! I will never EVER go to this location ever again! Everyone working there move around like robots it’s insane!

  This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! That Caucasian girl, short, thin with glasses is extremely rude! This is the second time I was standing at the carry out line with only one person ahead of me and after she helped him and I walked up she turned around and walked away. I waited over 10 times while MULTIPLE employees kept walking by! I finally said “Excuse me” and THEN the same girl walked over and started grabbing orders and calling names. She never said hello can I have the name for the order she’s so damn rude and I’m definitely still calling the restaurant and reporting her cruel, racist behavior! I reported her to We Cares and they’re investigating her! My food sat on that carryout table all that time and got cold and to top it off my strawberry shake wasn’t even ready I had to wait even longer. I got the shake and it did not look right at all, had chocolate in it and looked disgusting so I trashed it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION PLEASE GO TO THE MENOMONEE FALLS LOCATION INSTEAD!

  Inconsistent service. Food not as good as other chickfilas I’ve been to somehow. Don’t know how that’s possible… but as I’m primarily making this review because this is my second bad experience here… actually at chick fil an ever. The first time the employee in the drive through must have been new or something because he told me they charge per ketchup packet. I knew this wasn’t the case & told him so because I’ve been eating there since I was a kid…. He continued to tell me otherwise and asked how many I’d like to be charged with for my meal. I drove off and went to Panera to be honest. And today I got double charged for my meal. They accidentally charged me for someone else’s as well. 2 stars for the sub par quality food compared to Chick fil as normal bar standard… also for the two bad experiences. Yes I am getting a refund but I’m still very upset because I have to wait for a refund. Some people budget their life and can’t afford mistakes like that.
