  i’d recommend not going when they’re super busy which is a hit or miss cause you don’t know until you get there. i can only imagine how stressed the workers are getting drinks out because i got the entirely wrong drinks. i ordered two green tea drinks and got two energy drinks. didn’t realize until i made it to kenosha so it wouldn’t have made sense to turn around and get back in a long line for them to fix the mistake, ill just try and plan around when they’re not super busy next time

  I got extremely ill from this place.I'm lactose intolerant, and I told them do not cross contaminate milks and I need coconut milk.And that's exactly what they did do.And now i'm sick

  So to summarize a long story, I go to this 7brew pretty often. About 4-5 times a week. Never had an issue in the past. Today at around 830pm I pull in there. There’s a line and as I get closer to the front I realize why there’s a line. Workers are chatting with someone in a jeep for a very long time. I don’t mind the wait. Then I order a new drink off the menu that I typically don’t get. Tried the drink didn’t like it. Told the worker hey I want to pay for a different drink as they turned my splash of cream in my cold brew into a drink full of cream. Which again I don’t mind to pay for another drink. It was a new drink I wanted to try so I didn’t think too much of it. Then I hear the cashier in the back saying why did he order it in the first place. EXCUSE ME. I paid for the first drink didn’t like it wanted to pay for another one that I normally get. I don’t understand the attitude especially when I’m patiently waiting behind one car for over 10mins while they chat with whoever is in that car. And again I come to this place every week 4-5 times. Absolutely disgusted by the looks and the smart talk I got for basically trying a new drink, wanting to pay for a different one. Poor service

  I got a chai with strawberry and cold foam caramel drizzle and I've been to many seven rules and this was the absolute most yummiest seven brew drink I've ever had. I had to write a review because it was so great thank you and God bless you all.

  the drinks are good most of the time however the staff needs to do a better job at going to which cars pulled in first not just following the line they are in, we pulled in, chose a line and the car behind us choose the next line and the staff proceeded to help alllllll the 10 plus cars behind them and not let our line move once like that’s bs that every other place can keep it respectful and in order of who showed up first. It’s every single time I come too. That really needs to be fixed.
