  Restraunt was not clean. No other customers there and 5 employees and yet took 25 just for a sandwhich not impressed.

  Arrived at 7:50 and wanted to eat inside. Would not let us said they were closing early on a Saturday night when their hours say 9 Pretty disappointing. They claim it's due to weather, even though there was no rain or snow in sight. Nothing on the radar. As we sit in our car and eat our food, cause we live 30 minutes away. we have watched five people try to get into the restaurant and cannot. MANAGER NEEDS TO DO BETTER AT MANAGING HIS PEOPLE.

  This Jimmy John's in Monroe is the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a Greek Gyro and I got a Green TACO. Nothing like the advertised picture on the menu. The taste was ok, but it was sloppy to eat. They also were playing heavy metal rock music. We left as quickly as we ate out lunch. I questioned the employee as to why my Gyro looked like a taco and not like the picture or like a typical Greek Gyro and his answer was (as he pointed to the picture) that's just the way they advertise it!!!! 😂 We definitely would not recommend this place.

  Service is usually very friendly. I love that I can get in and out quickly and I know what I will consistently get each time. Delivery is also pretty quick, as advertised. Have used them for department lunches to and open decently late.
