In my order the hasbrowns were still frozen, I went back and received over-microwaved hashbrowns you couldnt even chew if you wanted. Then,I called to speak to the manager after my first sentence, I couldn't hardly get a word in edgewise, that "its not their fault the oven must be glitching" and Icould come back for a refund, I proceeded to tell her about the sandwich also being cold , with a soggy bottom to which I was interrupted - "you only told me about the hashbrowns, now your saying the sandwich wasnt good enough" To which i explained if I hadnt been interrupted, I could have explained the whole situation right away. The reply, "I cant stay on the phone with you, you can get a refund for the hashbrowns and the bagel.....??? Or a $5 credit". I never did order a bagel, but having spent $14 and this would be my third trip, thats all the Customer Service they are willing to offer....really?
