  Today was one of these nights that I was tired. And I craved Taco Bell and went to buy. It's my first time coming to this Taco Bell and the atmosphere of those guys at night, it's not from a restaurant it looked like it was a party, the music was very loud the bosses should check that

  I don't go to Taco Bell for a reason. The screen didn't work. Nobody inside can take an order and nobody even looked at us for assistance. After waiting for the other screen to open we were finally able to order 3 tacos and a burrito. 25 minutes later. 25. 20 plus another 5. Could've gone to red robin across the street ordered ate and still be the Taco Bell food. And it tasted the same way it looks. Sad and depressing.

  Service and speed is pretty abysmal. Consistently seems to prioritize drive through customers or pickups over lobby customers. A manager gave me only a 50% refund after I waited over an hour on an order the other night. The food is good, when your order comes out correct. Frankly the only reason I still come here is cause I like Taco Bell and this is the most convenient location. But it needs a lot of work.

  It’s the Taco Bell you want to love… I want to emphasize that everyone who works here is wonderful and hard working. My last two experiences were primarily poor because of the app. Whenever we order I always place for pick up INSIDE the restaurant because their drive up is often busy. This most recent one, the app offered the “pick up inside” option but when we arrived, it said they were “closed for maintenance” and pick up orders had to be picked up in the drive thru. After waiting 30 min in the drive up we finally got our food but by then the food was lukewarm/cold because it had been just sitting there while we waited in the drive up line. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED IF WE KNEW WE COULDN’T GO INSIDE SO WHY DID THE APP ALLOW US TO SELECT INSIDE?? The previous time I went, the app said my order was ready but I ended up waiting inside 45 min because apparently someone else had placed a very large online order. Fine. BUT THEN WHY DID THE APP SAY MY ORDER IS READY?! The Taco Bell needs a major revamp because I’m hugely discouraged from ordering in the future

  It was probably the most anxious visit I have had just waiting for my food. The food is always good, when made correctly. I left with an uneasy feeling though as the staff was very overwhelmed and throwing out hateful statements about customers orders. "They ordered the whole menu" and were cursing because the orders were huge... An employee also got into it with a customer because they prepared their order incorrectly and the customer asked if they could correct it. The employee argued they prepared it correctly and that they made it so they know it was correct. The customer then showed them their food (it was a cheese roll up mind you prepared with honey mustard instead of cheese) they proceeded to talk nasty to the customer and made them feel threatened. I don't know how this happens but it was entirely uncalled for. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should not work there. If you need staff then hire people? This location clearly receives customers that enjoy taco bell. It's hard to watch this scenario play out in my head over and over again. So unfortunate too, as we definitely enjoy taco bell and this location. Not sure if we will visit any time soon. Maybe will give them a breather.
