They'll get your order wrong ~75% of the time, and as an added bonus: if you order on the app in the morning, go to the drive through, they'll tell you "they're not open yet" and refuse to give you food or a refund (even though they took your order and its past their opening time)

We visited through drive through today, and my 4 year old daughter hurt herself in the back seat, which resulted in her choking in the drive through. The babes working helped us so fast. I cannot thank them enough for acting quickly and caring so much. Thank you!!!

I was ran off and kicked out of the store by the GM saying that if I am not gonna place an order to leave. Her customer service needs work if not termination. That is no way to treat a customer. Even if they are X employees they are still customers. I think the GM need to learn some respect to customers. Even if there are x employees. Corporate needs to talk to her about that as unacceptable. And the way she said it too was unacceptable she said it very, very rude. Worst GM at the this location in a while. Corporate will hear about this and she's gonna lose her job. There is no way to treat a customer, even if there are X employee. Saying that that could just leave. I didn't want to start something so I just left. But she is the worse GM in taco bell history at the Monona location. Never go to this location if you want to get run out by the GM. Her name is Olivia watch out for her. She is nasty and rude. I was an ex-employee. I left because of her leadership skills. When I came back to chat was on my other co-workers then order some food she came up to me and asked me to leave. She said that I was disturbing the workers. I didn't want to start a augment with her and be the better person so I left. She is the worst GM in history at the Monona location off of East Broadway. I warn you if you come there as customers watch out for her. She might just run you out of the restaurant just like she did me. I know why she kicked me out it is because I left. I was tired of all the bs she was telling me. But still I went in the store as a customer and she can not do what she did to me that is not right on her end.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The person that takes your order on drive through in the morning is quite possibly the most rude person I've ever met. They get angry with you for not ordering fast enough, and then they get angry with you for ordering too fast. Then takes your payment and practically throws your food at you through the window without saying a word. I really wish there was a different Taco Bell nearby, as breakfast is a weekend morning tradition with my kids, and they both love the food. Food is great, service is worst I've ever experienced.

Terrible Service. DO COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They messed up my order so bad that I had to wait almost an hour to get my food. I have never Karened out before, but this is the worst food service ever. Everyone working here is absolutely incompetent.
