Hour wait time in the drive through just to be told to pull around and watch them ask every other car if its there order only for them to finally give it to me and have a missing item to then walk inside and be ignored for 10 minutes is crazy and to see the shift manager hand out 6 free tacos tickets to everyone else but me is crazier Whitney way taco bell or nothing else

I must have had the same manager as the last 0ne star review-called to see if I could get a wrong order repaced-clearly not what i ordered. Female manager argued non-stop not letting me talk and stated "you're not giving me enough information" and proceeded to hang up on me. Went to get my order corrected and would not listen to anything I had to say-rudest manager I have ever met ANYWHERE! Acknowledged order was wrong and remade item. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL

This is my favorite Taco Bell location - staff always seem to be in a good mood, food is top notch, portions are never skimpy. Much better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve experienced… keep up the great work guys! 🌮🪅🎉

I had a great experience at the Taco Bell in Monona last night! The person answering the drive through was cheerful, polite, quick and accurate. The staff got my order exactly right and quickly and the manager at the pay station was super kind and allowed me to keep my coupon from a previous mistake. Fabulous experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. While ordering in the drive-thru, this lady (manager) rushed me and did not allow me time to finish choosing a drink. When I asked for a moment, she instead gave me the total and told me to pull forward before my order was complete. At the window, we politely asked if a drink could be added and were told “we don’t do that,” followed by her repeatedly saying, “Are y’all gonna take the order or just sit there and stare.” The tone and wording were extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of how we were treated, we chose not to order. Fast-paced environment or not, customers deserve basic respect.
