Barely asked me any questions about what I wanted. My wrap didn’t get softened before preparing my wrap so it was kind of dry tasting. Overall the worst visit I have had at this location. I didn’t feel welcome at all. 😞

I wasn’t greeted instead they kept looking at each other laughing then looking at me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable however I noticed the woman behind me was greeted and treated kindly. I have never had any issues at this location before. I was already having a pretty rough day and the experience with them made it even worse. I just called up there to speak to the manager and one of them answered the phone saying the manager wasn’t there and asked why I was calling. I said I was calling to voice a complaint then he said he was the manager and asked what the complaint was. Horrible experience with these two!
