- ITIsabel TesOct 10, 20251.0Tonight, I sent my partner with our toddler to go pick up a 1 topping pizza. They got there when the pizza was supposed to be ready but it wasnt ready. It took pretty much 40 minutes for them to even make it. After about 40 minutes, they finish making it and the pizza is messed up with half the cheese off, he asked for a refund and left empty handed and disappointed. Won't be coming back to this location.

I arrived almost 20 minutes after placing the order and it hadn't even been made yet. If it were during a busy dinner or lunch rush I would understand the delay, but it was at 3 PM. Very slow service!

It is totally unacceptable of management to have such substandard service. They also utilized door dash for the delivery, who left it on our doorstep and did not inform us of the delivery. Rick stopped what he was doing and took my order, a medium sausage pizza with extra yellow pepper thingys. Rick was professional!! Courteous!! Well mannered!! And very knowledgeable about the menu. He even made my order. FRESH! YUMMY! HOT!! TASTY!! I can tell Rick does a great job and loves his job. Way to go guy!!
