  When we walked in, only a few people sitting in the dining area. For the next 30 minutes place filled up about half. After 45 minutes to an hour, everybody was eating except us. Our food hadn't arrived. They didn't know where it was. Horrible. We went to Jimmy John's.

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my girlfriend and a group of friends for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited about 3–4 minutes before being properly seated. Once we sat down, our server, Jacki, greeted us and the ordering process itself was smooth and straightforward. However, that’s where the positives ended. The menu cards were sticky and stuck together and disgusting. The issues started when our food arrived. I ordered cheese curds as my side, and another person at the table did the same, but neither of us received our dipping sauces. Another person in our group ordered Asian Zing and ranch on the side, and those were also missing. Overall, several items from our order were not brought out correctly. On top of that, the food took quite a while to arrive. When we realized things were missing, we had to ask three different employees before we finally received most of what we needed—and even then, we still never got the ranch. To make matters worse, no one checked on us to see how the food was or if we needed anything until about 10 minutes later. By that point, the experience had already gone downhill. The service was honestly horrible and pretty appalling. Our entire table left feeling unsatisfied, and it definitely wasn’t the dining experience we were expecting.

  My first ever review is about a place I used to love, the service is absolutely terrible, the food wasn't like it used to be and hardly anyone there during march madness. There wasn't anyone in the bar area so we asked if we could slide 2 tables together so the 8 of us could have fun and conversation, they don't allow that anymore apparently.

  Our waitress was horrible. We got 1 refill. 1 visit from her. We had to flag her down as 5 of us got food but my wife didn't get hers. We didn't see the waitress often. When my wife finally got her food when most of us was finishing our food, she didn't get her ranch or celery- none of us got our celery. My kid had Mac n cheese, when it came out u can tell it was sitting for a long time as the cheese on top was dried out. Won't be returning to this location.

  I will say, we usually come to this location because we find the food to be better here than other locations.. however, the service has always been quite bad. This was the first time my husband and I were actually very happy with the service we received. Conrad was super attentive, friendly and overall just had a really great vibe. Definitely keep him around!
