The aroma of the business had this great stench, lingering in the air of cheese and meat and sour cream as well as delicious cuisine items such as authentic, Puerto Rican rice and chopped lamb holds boiling in the cauldron outback over a delicious plastic fueled campfire. The vegetarian taco was absolutely beautiful and I ate about nine of them and I was able to use the restroom and thank God because I had a whole lot of fecal matter and a bowel obstruction that just seemed to clear itself out in their state of the art restroom.
I know it’s Taco Bell but this location skimps on meat like it’s coming right out of the employee’s paycheck. Pathetic.

I went to this taco bell around 3 in the afternoon... not a busy time. Significant issues with both employee behavior and performance. I saw 2 employees a guy and a woman, who appeared to be in charge, standing about five feet from the entrance, smoking cigarettes n openly talking crap other staff members. They didn't care as the cigarette smoke drifted towards the entrance. What was particularly alarming was their complete disregard for customers; they did not stop their conversation or attempt to hide their cigarettes as I walked past, nor did they offer any apology.
The situation inside the restaurant wasn't any better. It seemed as though no one there knew what they were doing, giving the impression that they were all in training. A lack of experienced staff on the floor, while the apparent managers were outside smoking, raised serious questions about management's priorities and training protocols. My order, a single burrito, took 18 minutes to prepare. While waiting, the two employees who had been smoking outside came back inside. Shockingly, they proceeded to return to work without washing their hands. This disregard for basic hygiene standards is disturbing. This is not an isolated incident; I have seen similar lapses in professionalism and hygiene at this particular Taco Bell on numerous occasions. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
My recent visit to Taco Bell was unfortunately marred by several concerning observations, primarily revolving around the conduct of a particular employee and the quality of food preparation. While I typically appreciate the convenience and affordability of Taco Bell, this experience left much to be desired and raises serious questions about staff management and food safety practices at this location. During my visit, I witnessed a tall male employee consistently speaking down to his female colleagues and making rude comments to other members of staff. This behavior created a visibly uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. It's truly a wonder that this establishment retains any employees with such an individual in a position of apparent authority. Such conduct can significantly impact employee morale, leading to high turnover rates and a negative workplace culture. Despite being berated by the individual who appeared to be in charge, the rest of the staff remained remarkably helpful and courteous to both guests and their fellow employees. This resilience and dedication from the other team members were commendable, especially under such challenging circumstances. Furthermore, the quality of food preparation was notably poor. I observed this same employee making my burrito, and the ingredients were applied in a haphazard manner. My first bite consisted solely of sour cream, the second was just cheese, and the third was exclusively meat. At no point did my burrito contain a balanced distribution of all ingredients in a single bite . This indicates a lack of attention to detail and proper food assembly techniques, which are fundamental to customer satisfaction in a fast-food setting. Adding to these concerns, I also witnessed the employee touching his face with gloved hands and then continuing to prepare food without changing his gloves. This is a significant food safety violation, as it can lead to cross-contamination and the spread of germs. Given his apparent position of authority, if this individual is indeed in charge, then this establishment is in dire need of new management to address these critical issues related to staff conduct, food quality, and hygiene standards.
No greeting from drive-thru attendant. No how are you, nothing. Not even a thank you. Was never asked if I wanted sauce and I did order tacos. Also got Mexican pizza. When I got back to my destination, there was no sauce, no spork and no napkins. Gosh, whatever happened to really good service?
