  I am writing to express my concern regarding a troubling experience I recently had at your establishment, specifically involving an employee named Jay. During my visit, I observed Jay engaging in conversations that were not only unprofessional but also misogynistic in nature. He made derogatory remarks about women, which he directed toward younger staff members. Unfortunately, these comments were loud enough for guests in the lobby, including myself, to hear clearly. Such behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and contradicts the values of respect and inclusivity that Taco Bell aims to uphold. I believe it is crucial for all employees, especially those in customer-facing roles, to foster a positive and respectful environment. I urge you to address this issue with the appropriate seriousness to ensure that all employees and patrons are treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes during my next visit.

  The staff and manager are very professional and friendly. I have to say its the best and cleanest Taco Bell I been to so far
