The elderly redhead working the drive thru at 2:15pm on 1/8/26 was rude and uncouth. We attempted to talk to her via the speaker and only a very low decibel voice. We could not tell what she was saying. We drove around to have a better chance of determining what she said. She opened the window and in a condescending tone, immediately said, “You DIDN’T even give me a chance to answer you!” There was no attempt to help us or to figure out why we might have driven around. It really sucks to be treated poorly. Although we already paid through the app, my wife was hurt enough to drive off in lieu of receiving our food. Avoid this location.

3 times I've placed online orders for drive-thru. All 3 times, I've been told that I have to go inside to get my food. I spoke with Melissa about this. She immediately called the store and spoke with the nightcrew about it. Although the initial experience with my order wasn't the best, I greatly appreciate this being handled so quickly and professionally. Thanks again Melissa!
