  A very seldom get greeted sometimes my order is incorrect and when I try to rectify the situation, it’s very difficult For me and I get no help from the store management.

  NOTHING but bad experiences and customer interactions. Today I paid $15 for a smoothie. I got in the establishment and tasted the smoothie and noticed that it tasted watered down. I payed $15 for the smoothie because THE BASE SMOOTHIE (peanut butter, bananas, and chocolate) is $8.99, I paid 50 cents each for coconut & oats, I then paid $1 each for EXTRA chocolate, banana, and peanut butter. When I asked about it the “assistant” manager lied and said there was extra everything in the smoothie. I tasted the smoothie again and came back in and said “I paid $15 for this smoothie and it doesn’t taste like it should.” It’s the same smoothie I get every time I go to any tropical smoothie. The “assistant manager” then decided to get loud with me as if I was lying about paying extra. She said now that there wasn’t extra because “if there was she would have seen it” as I’m showing her the receipt and my app. If I didn’t pay for extra how did my smoothie go from $8.99 to $15. So now we both are getting loud because she doesn’t want to listen and get off her high horse and admit that she was WRONG. She then started talking about all the different people she was going to call on me. In the end I was refunded after she called the GM because she was getting loud and was wrong and if you look at my refund receipt it says EXTRA of everything. There’s nowhere in the app that you can put extra. It just allows you to add things. I figure if I add peanut butter to something that has peanut butter already, pay an extra dollar, it should be extra peanut butter then no? One of if not THE WORST experience at a establishment like this then I’ve ever had. I was treated so bad I didn’t even feel safe to have them remake my smoothie. I’m over tropical smoothie. I did already contact corporate and the feedback website as well.

  Went to the tropical smoothie on 27th st ordered 2 small strawberry smoothies that tasted horrible and watered down along with an acai bowl that was completly frozen and i couldnt even eat for well over 15 minutes once it thawed out. Not the quality you expect when paying over 30 dollars
