  No one will come to the counter to help you, not friendly or helpful and only want to bring you food that you ordered thru your phone or a machine! I won't be back to eat this crap, not worth the price and the food quality is crap. My dog turned away from the taco i tried to offer her!

  Walked in to place order for 2 box meals on the kiosk. 20 minutes + to get our food while listening to kitchen and management dropping F bombs and joking around. Had planned on dining in but had heard enough so we ate in a quiet park nearby.

  Waited over 20 mins for food, it was messed up. Employees were preoccupied with talking to each other instead of taking care of customers.

  So tell me why I came up to the drive thru speaker & the female taking the orders said “we’re not taking orders today unless it’s DoorDash or online” (mind you this is mid day on a Thursday so that’s random) but I said ok that’s fine moved forward to get out and there’s someone waiting at the window blocking the exit. So I sat there for about 20 mins and the person still didn’t get their food or was asked to move to the front (which they’ve asked me to do plenty of times to not block traffic) so I then called the store and the SAME female says “I didn’t tell you that I said it’s gonna be a 30-40 min wait” she LITERALLY did not say that and then started talking over and arguing with ME bc I simply called the store to ask if she could have the person waiting move up so I could at least leave (seeing as how I wasn’t getting my order taken/waiting on food or anything…) she refused until there was a whole line behind me, who also couldn’t get their order taken, and THEN had the person move up front after saying she couldn’t do that.. the laziness of this store is unreal not to mention they close early half the time, but I guess it doesn’t matter what time of the day you go bc their attitude sucks every single time. Don’t work in food service if you don’t like people, period. I’ve done it, I get it, go work in a cubicle if you don’t got no social skills. It’s really that simple.
