  This place needs to get closed or find a whole set of new staff. The past few months they’ve been canceling purely because the lady has told us “we don’t want to make your order” and today was the worst. they made our dasher wait over an hour saying they were making our order. He went inside multiple times and fought for them to make the order. They waited until it was closed to tell him it was closed and they couldn’t do it. The laziness here is disgusting…

  I won’t be coming back after today. I ordered a chicken cantina bowl with no rice and no beans because of a strict diet I adhere to. I placed my order, the cashier accurately rung it up without beans and rice, I got home and opened it up and it had beans on it. I drove all the way back and washed my time and gas to get back there so they can correct this and they offered nothing for my troubles. I asked for a refund and the girl instantly told her coworker “throw it away”, I find this poor management method to be offputting and I won’t be returning (after being a customer for years since moving to Cudahy). This level of treatment should not be expected from massive chains like this. I did not cause a scene or make the workers feel bad over this but it’s disappointing and annoying to have all this transpire right after my shift from work, expecting dinner, and having to go back and forth to correct an issue that shouldn’t of even happened had someone taken the effort to ensure my order is the correct one. No manager approached me or spoke to me about this, they had the cashiers handle their job for them.

  Dont bother ordering from this place, they consistantly give smaller portion sizes of food in their tacos and burritos to the point it might as well be a smeer of food paste. I got 3 good orders, surrounded by 6 improperly prepared products. Its just not worth it anymore, I hope this place gets investigated for ripping people off.

  It was 9am and the restaurant was visably disgusting. Im afraid to look and see what the kitchen looks like
