  Placed a mobile app order on Monday evening and when I arrived at the store the door was locked, lights on and open sign on but no one inside. I waited for about 40 minutes no one ever showed up. Called the store Wednesday to notify them and was told someone would call me back the same day. Still have t received a call and the chat option in the app is useless! Do not order from here through the mobile app, you will never get a response and there were so many customers outside waiting for there orders. This place is horrible.

  There were 3 young women working there and they were moving at the speed of less then one. One did not know what came on the sandwiches. An online order must have printed out and they looked at it 10 times while I waited for them to take my order complete my order and they appeared to be contemplating if they should make it versus competing my order and then taking care of that one. This location is just disorganized and I see why other location owners are at their locations a large percentage of the time.

  This store would probably close because poor organization if everyone that visit there give a review... I almost stop goin to all subways after experiencing Rudeness, Uncleanness etc.. wish I could give -star
