  Mrs. Kimmy Kay is literally the best hands down when it comes to customer service, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my kiddos, she didn’t complain nor give us any indication that it was too much she literally took all my kiddos orders without missing a beat I LOVE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE……..

  If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I called to get a refund because the subway app glitched and it went to a location pretty far away from me. The man who answered the phone refused to give me a refund and started yelling and swearing at me, telling me I don’t know how food service works ect. He told me he can’t do a refund once the order is placed which is a complete lie. I asked for a manager and he got even more angry and swearing at me, and told me the manager was busy and kept telling me I don’t understand how this works. Extremely rude and there’s no reason an employee should be swearing and yelling at me because I asked for a refund. He hung up on me multiple times. Will be reporting this location for fraud as they denied me a refund.

  The young lady that used to be pregnant was so sweet for my first visit!! She helped me build my sandwich and explained to me every part of the process! I was nervous walking in because I am autistic but she helped me get a footlong and I was able to walk away happy and full :) will definitely be returning to this location

  Subway is usually good and this one was good. The service was fast and my sub was delicious.
