  Worst experience ever!! If you live in or near Bay View order PIETROS PIZZA ON KK!! Never come here, quality is crap, customer service is even worse!! Expect at least an hour wait time for a simple order. The whole restaurant smelled like weed when I went to pick my order up & I stood there for 15 minutes before being helped!! Unacceptable

  Ordered on line. Got a call 20 minutes later & they canceled the order bc they didn't have a delivery driver. No offer for me to pick up curbside. Just straight up canceled

  1 star is more than generous. I ordered online for delivery and there wasn't much room to leave special instructions. I asked them to call as I live in an upper apartment and the door is around the back of the property. I received the call and said that I would be right down, and I was right down, not even 20 seconds had passed by the time I got to the door. I waited outside for 25 minutes and then called the store to see what was going on. They informed me that the driver claimed there was not answer on the phone, (I had just spoken to him) and that he knocked on the door with no reply. The order then went back to the store and was cancelled. I will not be using this location at all in the future and would recommend steering clear of here. Now their website won't even send my feedback response. It has been trying for 30 minutes to send.
