  Very unprofessional staff for a Panera bread. Rude and ignorant about the food they sell. Would go out my way to go to a different one.

  food was amazing! i was ready to take a sip out of my green smoothie up until the entry of the straw was blocked. the whole smoothie was predominantly ice. really takes out the smooth in smoothie. i also ordered a different kind of bagel flavor and it was not given. service was amazing though just those 2 little stumps.

  Placed 3 orders here. Came in and got two bags, thought maybe they just bagged everything together. Then found out they did not give me the third order, I ended up paying for it separately because I thought they had an extra for sale. went back in and had to argue with the staff because not only did I not get the item, but they charged me for the item that was supposed to be the third order. Person working the registered an attitude. I explained everything to the manager who went and checked and refunded me for the third order that I double paid on.

  I came inside to pick up and Grubhub Order at the pick up time. At first I couldn't get help from anybody two or three employees walked right past me.Then, I must have spoke to 4-6 employees during a fifteen minute time and never received the order in which I ended up putting as missing finally. Thank you for wasting my time in the restaurant was hardly even busy overstaffed and useless! Bunch of Kids working at this location. You should have someone at the front counter at all times especially since you have ten people in the back and nobody up front.
