  If I could leave 0 stats I would. All I ordered were two sandwich halves on the you pick two. I got the Caprese and somehow half the ingredients were missing. I had no arugula or balsamic just pesto, tomato, and cheese. I also waited at least twenty minutes in the empty store. My friend got the same sandwich and hers was normal. I was too hungry and lazy to go back into the store I’m big like that so I ate it. I’m even more hangry after that soggy untoasted and small piece of bread, thankfully YoFactory is around the corner or you would’ve seen my bad side. Idk how you mess up that bad though embarrassing maybe consider a new career because it is too difficult for you guys to remember more than three ingredients. Counting is hard though before the mental age of five. Thanks!

  I ordered the dozen bagels with cream cheese, the food and coffee was top notch also friendly service.

  This is a good place, food is good and friendly staff. I’m giving a low rating due to being served undercooked pastries. The inside of the scone was not cooked, it was still batter consistency. I let the staff know but the second scone I was served was also undercooked. People can get seriously sick from this, it’s a health hazard. Please do better.

  Just called to place a pickup order, girl who picked up said something about them being in the middle of breakfast service, and can I just place an order online? So I drive over to place an order in person, like 3 mins away, and the place is DEAD. Like totally empty, no one behind the front counter. 4 employees standing around doing nothing at the assembly line. Left bc if that's the work ethic there I don't trust the food. Yikes.
