  They pretend to be the manager and then give out wrong information. McDonald's in Wisconsin do have play areas. The managers need to know more about there other business.. please have a manager meeting with them all so they all know what you have a corporate

  I would give you zero you don’t deserve one because the management is even awful when you tell management about his workers and he said he’s gonna take care of and he doesn’t. You got the same people no good customer skills awful I wouldn’t even eat there if I were you.

  Manager Jerome should be demoted. He is rude: dismissive, condescending, argumentative and lacks effective communication and basic understanding of the PRINCIPLE. He displays no qualities or attributes of a competent manager. I, unfortunately frequent this location due to it being around the corner from my son's weekly piano lessons. This is not the first nor second bad encounter with this location. Staff is rude with nasty attitudes, no sense of urgency, always smells like weed AAAAAND NO ONE WEARS HAIR NETS NOR GLOVES. Despicable, shameful and embarrassing

  I ordered food. Very busy time apparently at 11pm. Didn't get my food and they rushed me through the drive thru line. What do you expect from McDonald's though.

  They close at 4am but at 3:28am I pulled up in the drive thru and heard chatter and music in the background of the drive thru mic as the employee said they were "closed". I asked what time they close at (as online it says 24 hours) and the employee over the drive thru mic sidestepped that question and regurgitated the fact that they were apparently "closed". So I asked again, for future purposes, when do they actually close? And she said 4am....but apparently no one showed up for their morning shift (so also ..how is it that they "close" at 4am yet the reason I can't get food at 3:28am is because the next shift of people haven't showed up?? So do you close at 4am or do you switch over at 4am? And how did "no one" show up if there's someone on the drive thru mic and I hear music and chatter on the background??🤔) so ya, don't bank on this McDonald's being open when they should be or anything better than bottom barrel, just go to any other fast food place nearby cause this one is unreliable 🤷🏼‍♀️
