- RHRegina HuebnerApr 3, 20263.0The french fries at McDonald's on Ramsey Avenue are almost always cold, the chicken nuggets I usually hard and cold actually none of the food is really hot or fresh! The service is friendly except for the manager. The atmosphere is clean except for the bathrooms they need attention they are almost always dirty and out of tissue for your hands or your derriere!

She clearly lacks the customer service skills to be running a store with the rude behavior. I understand if you're trying to get your bonuses, but the coupon isn't even expired, it's authentic, and it shows it can be redeemed at this location. Poor service, and genuinely sad how this store is being ran by someone who doesn't even care enough to put receipt papers in the kiosks.
