  This Mc Donald’s never has anything, foods always cold, and has very poor customer service. If I could rate it 0 I would!

  Went to mcdonalds ordered food in the drive through. The employee didn't tell me my total at the intercom & when I went to the windows I paid my money. Got to the next window for food they told me the girl said I didn't pay. I told them to run the camera back to see i gave the money and they told me they was gone call the police if I'm lying. I told them to call and ima wait. They were taking a while and I went in and they said they saw i paided. Then they gave me the food but the wrong food. Asked for the GM name and number and the did not want to give her number because she said it was her personal number. This definitely will be hearing more from me.

  Very poor service refused to give refund at the window after they didn't have the product, telling me to drive up the next window. Uhm no I needed to get to work across town. While they laughed at me.

  The female manager with pink/red hair has the worst attitude and customer service I've ever seen. The doors were locked and the drive thru line was long I placed a mobile order and couldn't get it. I came back to get my refund and she said she don't give out refunds and the mobile app don't allow you to cancel once you place your order so I don't know the reason for the option. She started screaming at me thru the window opening it and closing screaming in Spanish. I called the police and somehow now she was able to refund me after verbally assaulting me.

  My food always looks played in. I only buy hash browns from here. Today I decided to get breakfast to take my meds my sandwich was inside out with no meat on it.
