I don’t understand how this location is still open after all these reviews. The only reason I keep coming back is because it’s close to my house, but at this point I’d rather drive to Glendale where they actually get orders right. Every single time I come here, something is wrong. The food is either cold or soggy, like how is a hash brown even soggy?? That should never happen. On top of that, the portions and sauces are always off. One day I order one burrito and get three sauces, the next time I order two and get one. It makes no sense. And the worst part? They rush you out the window so fast you don’t even have a chance to check your order or ask for what you need. I’m tired of wasting my money on food that’s consistently disappointing. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this because the current situation is not it.

I’ve disliked this location for over 2 years but I give them a chance thinking management might be better. They always forget extra items and have terrible presentation on food. You would think the new manager Jackie would make this place better but unfortunately not, she needs to teach them order accuracy!

My significant other placed an order to this location via the McDonald's® mobile application at exactly 10:25:19 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026. Whilst she placed this pickup order at the Golden Arches®, I was still plugging away at work at a location nearby. Once 11:00 p.m. hit, I was out the door faster than an oiled-up saucer sliding down a hill packed full of white, wintry surprise. I made it to my vehicle, started the ignition and drove all but one block to arrive at said fast food restaurant to pick up the mobile order that my significant other placed for the two of us. Upon getting to the drive-thru intercom, I was informed that this particular location was, "Only accepting DoorDash orders." I found this weird, so I asked how my significant other could get a refund since she placed this order via the McDonald's® mobile app. He briefly told me how and pushed me along, apologizing that the staff at this location would not be able to make our food. Seeing as I was already stuck in the modern day hellscape of a "fast food drive-thru line," which contained three vehicles in front of me as well as two behind me, it seemed as if I did not have much of a choice but to stay in line and exit back onto the roadway once this fine McDonald's® establishment served those in front of me their food. I will admit, I was feeling adventurous that night and had barely eaten all that day, so, instead of barreling out of the drive-thru and back onto the roadway with as much tenacity and pent up anger as Gene Simmons during the final stop of the band Kiss's End of the Road World Tour in 2023, I decided to stop at the second window to speak further about this issue with an employee. When I asked the nice young man working the drive-thru carryout window why this restaurant was unable to fulfill my order, despite it having been placed by my significant other about 40 minutes prior, he told me that he was unsure why the man who was supposed to take my order via the drive-thru intercom told me that the restaurant was "only accepting DoorDash orders." Instead, this gentleman asked me for the code that came with my significant other's order via the McDonald's® mobile app, which I promptly provided him. Subsequently, he began filling up the three Large Diet Coke® beverages that were apart of my significant other's McDonald's® mobile app order. It appeared to me, at this time, that the kitchen was simultaneously preparing our order, which was a Classic Cheeseburger Pack, consisting of a 20 Piece Chicken McNuggets®, two Cheeseburgers and two Large McDonald's® Fries. I waited for approximately five minutes, before I saw out of the corner of my eye a second person, who I later discovered to be the person who originally refused my significant other's mobile order at the drive-thru intercom, come forward with the bag of McDonald's® food. I took the bag from him, and before I could leave, he said to me with a death-like stare in his eyes, "Why didn't you cancel your order? I told you we were only doing DoorDash orders." The kind gentleman who originally helped me at the drive-thru window remained silent, appearing petrified at the possibility of the wrath that this second man could let out at any moment. I responded, simply, "I wasn't born yesterday," after which I rolled up my window and scurried off in my European hot hatchback to return home for the evening and eat my McDonald's® dinner with the love of my life. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, my significant other and I discovered some issues with the order, although, surprisingly everything we ordered was in the bag. What wasn't in the bag, however, was even a lick of seasoning on the fries, which tasted like a wet piece of cardboard squeezed around chalk shavings from Mr. Thorne's eighth grade history class. In true SpongeBob SquarePants fashion, they also forgot THE PICKLES on one of the cheeseburgers, along with the onions and mustard. As was obvious to both my significant other and I, this meal was one made with hate, and as such, I will never return to this location.

I used my points today and the lady had the audacity this afternoon to tell me that I should have asked if their ice cream machine was broken before using my code isn't that a McDonald's problem if anything they should be saying sorry and crediting me for my points just the manners of people are weird
