  I was here on a Friday(Good Friday)around 8:00pm. From the time I placed my order to the time I received it I waited over 45 minutes in line along w/all the other cars & had I not placed this order thru my mobile app. I definitely would’ve not waited all that time, but I was already charged for it. I don’t know if they were short staffed this particular day but it was crazy! When I finally got home the food was cold & my order was wrong. I tried to call the store, but nobody answered luckily I have the order saved in my mobile app so I can address this situation at a later date, but to be fair we visit this location often because it’s close to home and I very seldom have any issues with the service or quality of food. I guess it was just one of those days…

  I was in the drive thru, I received the drinks. The lady in drive thru said go to spot 6. That means I would've had to back up. I was closer to spot five but a car was in spot 5 and a car behind me. I said no because I'm not backing up hitting anyone. Then the manager comes and yell at me to go to spot 6. I yelled back and said I'm not backing up. She goes back in. Before I got my drinks the vehicle in front of me was in the same situation. I didn't see the manager come out and tell that driver anything. Now you want me to back up and park to spot 6 which mean I would had to back up and turn right. Worst location EVER! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHEN IT CAUGHT ON FIRE THERE BEFORE, IT SHOULDVE STAYED CLOSED.

  Horrible! Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 items I ordered and the people in front only ordered a happy meal.

  As a frequent customer, this is Unacceptable when a customer is paying his or her money, we should not be receiving food items that are not sealed not properly prepared and just pure sloppy whoever the manager is they need to speak to their team about this. I understand places get busy but this is unacceptable, especially when someone is paying their money. I’ll never visit this location again.

  I got skipped twice cause no one knows how to go back and forth on the intercom. Staff was not pleasant did not greet or say Thank-you nothing. I paid for large fries and large soda as well as a value meal and this is what I got for almost a 4 dollar item... its less than half a pack! And they were barley luke warm. Super disappointing experience.
