  Terrible. How do send a happy meal box folded up and forgot the fries and sauce for a kid. Food cold as hell. Never again

  Horrible, they didn't take orders at the drive through for several minutes, causing long lines at night. The staff is definitely overworked, untrained and frustrated and they pass it all along to customers without hesitation. Oh and the microphone at the drive through doesn't work.

  I honestly feel like this McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a single star 😤. I’ve been there several times in just one week, and every visit has been disappointing—both the food and the service have been really poor. It’s frustrating when you expect something quick and reliable, but get the opposite every time. The worst part happened today… they actually put an empty hash brown wrapper in my bag with no hash brown inside 😳🍟. I couldn’t believe it! Situations like this make it clear there’s a serious lack of attention to orders. If you decide to go anyway, definitely double-check your food before leaving 👀 and make sure everything is there, fresh, and properly cooked. Also, keep your receipt just in case. Overall, a very frustrating experience that I wouldn’t recommend 😕.

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience 😡🍟. You’d expect a place that’s been around this long to have things running smoothly, but that definitely wasn’t the case. My fries came out cold, and when I politely asked for fresh ones, it somehow turned into an issue instead of a simple fix 🙄. What made it worse was the wait—I spent about 24 minutes just to get a basic order ⏳, and when I finally got it, not only was it cold, but it was also completely wrong 🤦‍♂️. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and acted like customers were a bother, which really kills the whole experience 😒. It honestly feels like management or ownership just doesn’t care, because situations like this shouldn’t keep happening without improvement 📉. At this point, I’d rather go somewhere else where customers are actually appreciated. Definitely not planning to spend money here again 🚫💸.

  Horrible n rude staff. Making us wait without any reason. The workers are rude for no reason. The worker at the window was racist to us. This location should be closed. This store is an embarrassment.
