  Ordered food on the app and they didn't have it when I got there. Made me choose other items and I have no idea if I actually got my money worth. Felt ripped off. Complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend ever!

  This has to be the worst location in the surrounding area. I can’t tell you how many times I have to repeat my order 2, 3, even 4 times- they still can’t get it right! I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. Pretty simple one would think. No. I asked 3 different times, “only cheese and ketchup” on my burger. I get to the pay window, “No cheese, no ketchup”. Are you kidding me? Rather than having an attitude, I politely correct the cashier and said, “cheese and ketchup only”. He says, “Okay, I got that fixed for you”. Can someone please explain why I get home and my burger has EVERYTHING BESIDES cheese and ketchup. You can’t make this up.

  This McDonalds deserves a Guinness World Record for being the worst in all categories: service, friendliness, accurate orders, and so on. I have lived in the area for going on 5 years and have visited this location various times. Many times I have gone in only to be ignored in the lobby again and again and again. To the point where I have to physically walk up to the counter and look into the kitchen area for anyone to even acknowledge that I need service. They have put Doordashers ahead of regular customers, ignored customers in favor of talking with their coworkers, and still despite it all there has been no change in management style to correct their abysmal customer service. Additionally in all my time visiting this location I have rarely had an order be 100 percent accurate. Only once have I corrected it because most of the time it is not that big of a deal, but when I called this particular store the manager had brushed me off and told me there was nothing they could do about it. So last week was my last straw. I went after a class and wanted to use a coupon on the app - 20 percent off a ten dollar order. I went through the drive through, gave my code and they asked what I wanted. Nothing came up on the screen. I asked what the two items I ordered (a 10 piece nugget and a shamrock Oreo McFlurry) totaled to because couldn't see it on my end and the woman rudely told us that it already paid through the app. As I have worked at McDonald’s before, I know that means she finalized the whole thing without even asking if I was done ordering. And then when I tried to ask her to fix it, she told me to pull forward. I did and when tried again she just handed the receipt and promptly closed the window in my face. The total was around 9 dollars which means that the code never could have gone through as the order did not meet the coupon’s criteria. But had she told me, I would have ordered something else so that the coupon would have worked. It was an annoyance, obviously, and a waste of my time and money, but nothing was more ridiculous than the food itself. Another slap in the face, really. A regular McFlurry NOT a shamrock one that they couldn’t even put in the effort to mix (it gets mixed by a machine too). Just topping thrown on top and the grossest and coldest nuggets I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of being served - all things that have made my decision to never again go to this location a million times easier. This location needs serious work, better management, and maybe even new ownership.
