  Jimmy John’s was not only known for fast service but soft delicious bread! What happened?? The service was great food not so much bread was hard and stale

  Ordered today and my sandwich was on my desk within 8 mins. My office is only a half mile away but really impressive nonetheless. Don't listen to the complainers, subs are always well made and timely.

  I always come here for my lunch. There’s been too many mistakes, lately. I make very simple order with little ingredients. This order really upsets me. People don’t eat anything and everything. Read the instructions. Simple
