I bought a 40 wing for a get together- and they still stuck to the one sauce per ten wings crap. A clerk jumped in while I was addressing the situation with the manager and she was rude and call herself “checking me”….
I told her that I had different experiences at different locations that weren’t in keeping with what she chose to spew at me- she retorted that she was going to call corporate and report the other stores for accommodating customers that way……. Smh.
Not the customer experience and professional demeanor you’d expect. I resolved myself to writing this review- they are cold and crass and don’t appreciate the business.

I ordered via phone as I only had cash. I spoke with a woman (didnt catch her name) but asked for all flat 10 piece garlic parmesean deal. I explained that I dont know what they do but I want them "wet". She knew exactly what i meant. And when I tell you ot is so good right now! Working on call and had not eaten yet. This hit the spot. In addition customer service was on point. But to the owners get the air fixed in the kitchen area. It's 90+ degrees today. Check who was on schedule they were amazing working in those conditions!!!!!
